Refund Eligibility:

  • Requests for refunds must be made within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
  • Refunds are only available for the first payment made for a subscription. Renewals and subsequent payments are not eligible for refunds. Please note we send a reminder 7 days prior to your renewal with information to cancel your account.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Please provide your name, email address, and order number in your refund request.

Refund Process:

  • Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
